  <description>Step one to generating electricity from wind power is to create a turbine.&amp;nbsp; Turns out it's actually very &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.mdpub.com/Wind_Turbine/index.html&quot;&gt;easy &lt;/a&gt;- all you need are some PVC pipes.&amp;nbsp; To test out the theory I built it using a toilet paper roll which worked and then I also tried a paper towel roll which also worked.&amp;nbsp; I simply pasted the blades on a Horlicks jar cap. Pictures and video are below.&amp;nbsp; The whole thing took me less than an hour - not bad at all.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;
